Kern Schools Federal Credit Union has been serving the community since 1938. We currently have the following opening available: PERSONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICER This position is responsible for creating positive community relations in order to offer financial products and services to members and potential members in Bakersfield and the surrounding areas. The financial products and services include, but are not limited to, lending, investments, insurance as well as other banking products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years related experience in the financial services industry, possess superior member service skills, and have a team attitude with the ability to work independently and with little supervision. A compensation package consisting of base salary plus commission and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidates.
