I know this is a lot of work, but it?s the same if you were to have a necessary and potential life threatening medical procedure that needed to be performed ? you would want more than one Doctor to take a look at your issue(s) and give their opinion. You would also probably burn out your Google Account by asking questions within that search engine and searching the medical forums.
When you are about to spend the largest amount of money you probably ever will ? do yourself a favor ? make sure you are getting the best agent possible by checking your agent?s references and meeting with them in their offices to discuss a game plan. I promise, during that ?game plan? discussion, you will see whether or not the agent you are interviewing is worth their salt or not.
