My son is a Cancer [ June the 22 th ] and he is in a steady relationship for the last 4 yrs ; and 2010 had been good for him ;; love matter ; but his venus is in Leo . Your venus in Cancer was and still square by Pluto and Saturn ; so I am not surprise you had a hellish year [ heart matter ]
